Whether you're looking to build confidence before joining a class or fine-tune your alignment for your unique body, this is a supportive and focused way to deepen your practice. A short telephone consultation will take place after booking to discus location, needs etc.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately no refunds are granted, however, you can change move your ticket to another preferred date up to 12h before the class.
