My yoga journey began when I discovered a profound sense of inner peace after attending local classes. I committed to practicing every week for two years, and if you were to ask what kept me coming back? I would say it was the sense of freedom I felt after each session. Yoga not only transformed my mind but also improved flexibility, strength and sense of self.
After two years of practice, I felt a deep calling to share this experience with others, which inspired me to train as a yoga teacher. I completed a 300-hour certification accredited by Yoga Alliance, specialising in teaching beginners. My teaching approach is gentle and slow-paced, allowing space to reconnect the mind, body, and spirit. I strive to create a balance between strengthening and stretching the body while nurturing a calm and peaceful mind.
We often have this misconception that yoga is all about flexibility—I'm here to assure you that’s not the case. As someone with scoliosis, metal rods and bolts that hold my spine straight limits my flexibility. Yet, yoga has been transformative for me, and I want to show you that no matter your condition or past injuries, yoga is for everyone.
In my classes, we move at our own pace, embracing the true sense of connection and harmony that yoga brings.
